BINDING AGREEMENT FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Blueberry Photography terms and conditions will apply to all arrangements booked and is a binding agreement between you and Blueberry Photography. You must agree with these terms and condition to reserve an arrangement with us.

PAYMENT
A deposit is required upon booking to reserve your seat for an arrangement. Your enrollment to any of our arrangements will only be completed upon receipt of the payment for the full tuition. If you do not pay your tuition on time, Blueberry Photography have the right to cancel your reservation and Blueberry Photography will have no liability for any such cancellation. All prices are quoted in Euro (€) or Norske kroner (NOK). Prices are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. If necessary, we reserve the right to surcharge such circumstances and notification will be given at the final invoicing.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Registration is binding on all arrangements. Blueberry Photography cannot refund a registration that needs to be canceled due to medical emergency. All attendees will need to have necessary medical and travel insurance. The time limit is presented under each arrangement. For most arrangements (there might be exceptions stated in the booking terms: If canceled more than 60 days prior to the event we will refund the full amount minus administration fee equal to the deposit. If canceled less than 60 days, you will be charged for the entire event. If you must cancel your participation please notify Blueberry Photography in writing directly to hello@blueberryphotography.no as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective the date the email is received by Blueberry Photography. If you do not pay your tuition in time, Blueberry Photography have the right to cancel your reservation and Blueberry Photography will have no liability for any such cancellation. Blueberry Photography reserve the right to cancel an event due to few participants resulting in economically infeasible to implement or because of good-faith concerns with respect to the safety, health, or welfare of the participants. If a workshop is cancelled prior to departure, you will have a choice between a full refund or a credit towards a future Blueberry Photography arrangement equivalent to amount paid. If an arrangement in progress I cancelled, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days not yet completed. Blueberry Photography is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets, hotel accommodation, food and drinks and so on, purchased by the participant. In the event of the instructor/photographer being unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control we will make a replacement with someone equal standard or similar credentials. We will inform all participants in advance and if a replacement is not possible, the arrangement will be cancelled, and the provisions above will come into effect. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy for any reason, even in the event of a medical emergency. In order to avoid incurring in the above cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing trip-cancellation/interruption insurance.

You buy access to the portal's content during the membership period. All products are protected by copyright. The product is only given for personal, non-commercial use, and for one person. You are not allowed to use the product or the materials available in a manner that constitutes a violation of our rights, or in a manner that has not been authorized by Blueberry Photography. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any way or medium (including email or other electronic means) any material. Duplication, sharing, or uploading of product files for sharing on websites is considered to be stealing, and will be reported to the extent permitted by law.

INSURANCE
To participate in any arrangement made by Blueberry Photography you are required to have comprehensive insurance coverage for personal accident and injury, medical and repatriation costs during the arrangement. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you arrange cancellation and travel insurance covering the loss, expenses and damages arising from, including but not limited to, cancellation of the workshop (whether in whole or in part), loss of baggage and personal money and belongings, as well as flight cancellations and delays.

SUITABILITY TO PARTICIPATE
You must be in good physical and mental health to participant in an arrangement. Any physical condition, treatment or diet requiring special attention must be reported in writing at the time of booking. By registering for a Blueberry Photography arrangement, the participant certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other participants. Blueberry Photography will keep confidential any such personal or medical information received.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All participants are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents including, but not limited to, valid passport and visas. Many countries require that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of the trip. Each participant must check with the respective consulates, visa agencies and other regulatory bodies to determine whether any visas or other travel papers are required.

COMPLIANCE
Blueberry Photography requires that you follow all laws, rules and regulations of the locations where the arrangement is held. If your actions interfere with the safety and well-being of yourself, any other participant or any Blueberry Photography owner, employee or agent, Blueberry Photography reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in the arrangement and to require you to leave. Unless you direct Blueberry Photography otherwise prior to the arrangement, Blueberry may capture and use your likeness by photograph or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your total remedy, if any, for any injury and/or damages you may suffer arising from or connected in any way with a Blueberry Photography arrangement is limited to the total amount you have paid for the arrangement. Blueberry Photography will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the form of the action and even if Blueberry has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Participants expressly waives any right Participant may have to recover such damages. Blueberry Photography will not be liable for any forced delay, charge or cancellation of an arrangement due to any event of Force Majeure or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Blueberry Photography. By purchasing a digital arrangement, you additionally agree that you use the company's services at your own risk, and that the program is an information service. You release the company and its employees from liability for any damages that may arise and for any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties.

CHOICE OF LAW
In the event of a dispute between you and the company, you agree that the only arena for resolving such a dispute shall be communication between you and Bluberry Photography. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with any third party, public or private, that will result in public blackening of the company. These terms and conditions, along with any applicable arrangement agreement, are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts situated in Oslo, Norway. Blueberry Photography may change the se terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them frequently.
